Mestra G3 Centrifuge Casting Machine Spring type.

Mestra G3 Casting Machine is articulated. This facilitates the casting of highly melted materials by adding rotary speed to initial speed. The counterweight can be displaced gradually according to the weight and size of the cylinder. Being a height adjustable the casting ring holder can accommodate any Mestra casting ring within its crucible mouth.

Essential for the elimination of micropores produced in casting rings linings by bubbles not eliminated, even by vacuum mixers. Thanks to the strong pressure (6-8 atmospheres) exerted on the lining, air bubbles are eliminated and the lining is compacted. This favours casting, particularly of hard metals such as Cr-Ni.
